Being a doctor is harder than becoming one. That is the universal truth, indeed. When your medical knowledge is put to test in the most extreme way possible, it may not always be as shown in movies and series. It may be a mundane case of leg pain, but the patient demands a cure and not a painkiller. It may be a gastritis patient who insists that its a heart attack and he's gonna die.
So what should a raw, untrained doctor such as myself do, when people demand answers you don't have?
